We will be building in stage 9, which won't be ready until Jan/Feb 2010 to build on - hopefully everything goes smoothly :P

Did you sneak onto the property ? Or is it open ? We've been aiming to start going down Melada Parade, but Brookwater's been blocked at the start of the wetlands :(
