Well it's been quite some time since I written anything - that's because we are still waiting for the land to be ready.
Originally it was scheduled for Feb but they're now saying March - either way it's ok because PD won't start building until April.
We should be signing the loan docs this month - they've been approved but apparently you can only sign them within 3 months of when the loan is to start.
We also decided to add a fridge tap and increase the fridge space - yay, ice cold drinks lol

Nice house design, but the thing that bothered us with this PD design was having one of the bedrooms back onto the master. Nothing worse than kids right next to parents bedroom. Not good resale value.
